If you or your family qualify for CDCP coverage, our clinic is here to help you access affordable, high-quality dental care. Eligibility for CDCP is based on income and age groups. Applications are currently being rolled out in phases:

Yes! If you’re already enrolled in other programs such as Healthy Smiles Ontario or the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and qualify for CDCP, you can still apply. Benefits will be coordinated between the programs to ensure your coverage works together
